I offer individual therapy sessions for adults seeking a calm, confidential space to explore life’s challenges, transitions, or questions of identity. Sessions are 50 minutes long and available in a format that suits your needs—whether face-to-face, online, or by phone.
A limited number of appointments are available at a concessionary rate for those on a low income. If cost is a barrier, please feel free to mention this when you get in touch – I aim to make therapy as accessible as possible where I can.

Online sessions offer the same depth and connection as in-person therapy, with the flexibility to join from wherever you are. Ideal if you’re balancing a busy schedule, living outside of Manchester, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space.
Some people find it easier to talk without being on screen. Phone therapy offers a focused, low-pressure option - particularly helpful if you're feeling overwhelmed or want to ease into the process gradually.
